Established in 1996, The TECH Group’s vision is to serve as a unique consulting firm to handle our clients’ human resource development needs. We are passionate about life-long learning and developing human potential at the individual level through executive coaching and leadership development, developing team capacity through training programs, and offering evaluation services for continuous improvement with evidence of impact.
THE DYNAMIC DUO
Dr. Kim E. Dooley is a Professor in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communications at Texas A&M University. She serves on the Board of Trustees at the American Farm School in Thessaloniki, Greece. Her scholarship includes over 200 publications and a book titled Advanced Methods in Distance Education: Applications and Practices for Educators, Administrators, and Learners (Google Scholar h-index 28 and i10-index 55). She has conducted professional presentations and training programs around the globe, traveling to 42 different countries.
Dr. Larry M. Dooley is a retired Professor in the Department of Educational Administration & Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University. His past roles include Chief of Party of the USAID Women’s Scholarship Endowment Afghanistan for Texas A&M AgriLife Research; he was Director of the Training & Development Certification Program at Texas A&M University for over 20-years; a Visiting Professor in the Centre for Human Resource Management Research at Peking University in Beijing, China; and the School of Business and Law at Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland. He has published over 100 articles in scientific journals and has authored two books. He has Keynoted conferences in Beijing, China, Oxford, England, Seoul, South Korea, Newcastle, England, and Al-Kobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

OUR METHODS.
The EVAL Framework
Developed by founders Larry and Kim Dooley, our science-based evaluation framework was designed to help evaluators look more deeply into the cause of successful programs. The EVAL Model Conceptual Framework. The EVAL Framework includes four primary constructs: (a) Evaluation, (b) Value, (c) Active and Experiential Learning, and (d) Leadership. The purpose of EVAL is to connect organizations with external stakeholders to build organizational capacity for evaluating and improving their own processes.
